Refund policy

Customers may cancel any order prior to that item being dispatched. After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled and would need to be returned. A customer may return an item within 14 days of receiving that item, provided it is returned in the same condition to which it was received. The customer pays for all associated costs for the return. If the product is received with any damage, a full refund may not be issued.
